My whole family enjoys this meat. Meat is not bad for you. In fact, it is in our genetics to eat meat(natural unprocessed meat that is). It is part of my diet along with plenty of fresh organic vegetables and fruits. I have been looking for a humane organic grass fed, grass finished beef, and here it is. After all, it is true, you are what you eat. A customer for life. Please keep up that good work.

I bought Seth’s Tri-tip for us a few months ago and it was delicious, I have eliminated meat from my diet but his I will eat!

It is just simple in taste, that is the best I can describe. I believe our taste buds have been used to over-fatty & over-seasoned fake meats for so long that this to me was a nice smooth taste. Make sure you follow his advice and don’t over BBQ!
