Just another beautiful sunny day in Southern California…They have no idea the central valley is freezing, foggy and dormant!
A fun Sunday with my favorite girls, Alex and Kyra. We gathered our bags, parked the car and strolled through this fabulous outdoor street market, we could have spent all day there.

It was filled with about 90 Farmers, 30 Artisans, and 30 plus food vendors. The variety of fruits and vegetables are all Californian grown.
This Certified Farmers Market also includes products such as honey, lotions, jewelry, cheese’s, breads and so much more. There were street musicians, cooking demos, and kids workshops.
The best part of the day was visiting with a dedicated mom who had a hands on table, with fruit and lettuce, surrounded by children preparing their own little salads, they were so cute and happy! Her name is Lisa Elaina Fontanesi, She shares ideas in how to get the whole family involved in meal planning and preparation.

Next time you are in the “City of Angels” make sure you visit this family oriented venue!
